VEHICLE SERVICES WITH DRIVERS – BREIZHCAB LIMOUSINE – RENNES & NANTES
ART.1 CONDITIONS AND ACCEPTANCE
The customer acknowledges having read the General Conditions of Sale at the time of booking.
Our offers are made without obligation on our part, the reservation is effective after our acceptance of the request.
Reservations made less than 24 hours before the agreed departure time of the vehicle can only be communicated by telephone and validated by e-mail. Acceptance depends on availability at the time of booking.
All bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of the validated quote and a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the requested service has been made.
Services will be confirmed upon receipt of all payments, 8 days prior to departure. For services intervening within 8 days, a credit card will be requested under guarantee.
Making a Booking (via the online booking form, e-mail, phone call and SMS) implies full acceptance and acceptance of these GTC, which you expressly acknowledge. As such, you renounce to avail yourself of any contradictory document.
Breizhcab Limousine reserves the right to modify at any time all or part of the GTC. You are therefore invited to regularly review the GSC that are permanently.
If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, you agree not to use the services of Breizhcab Limousine.
The applicable GTC are those in force on the date of validation of the Reservation.
Each reservation must include:
- the name of the client;
- his cell phone number;
- the support address;
- the final deposit address;
- the date and time of departure;
- the number of passengers;
Any other useful information, such as the need for a child seat, the presence of large suitcases, an animal, or other.
A Booking Confirmation, an e-mail or/and SMS confirmation will be sent to you to validate your reservation.
ART.3.2: ONLINE RESERVATIONS
Making a Reservation via the online booking form on the site www.breizhcab-limousine.com implies full acceptance and acceptance of these Terms, which you expressly recognize, including Article 5 and Article 6. In this respect, you waive any conflicting documents.
Our rates are available on request by email or phone (email@example.com & 02.99.83.53.33) and indicated as an indication via our online booking form.
Advertised fares are indicated according to the type of vehicle used, the date and time of the service. Rates may be changed at any time without notice, unless a quote has been previously prepared.
Quotations are valid according to our availability on the date of signature by the customer.
Our rates include:
- Passenger transport and their luggage ;
- The transport of animals in their transport crate only ;
- The provision of one or more seats for baby or child upon prior request;
- Wi-Fi internet connection for all passengers;
- Fuel costs ;
- Unlimited passenger insurance & their luggage.
Guests are required to respect the arrival and departure procedures detailed in their booking confirmation and the procedures described on this page. If one of the procedures is not respected by the customer and has the effect of preventing the departure of the vehicle under the agreed conditions, the transfer will be entirely due.
The customer must be ready, and on time, at the date and location agreed with Breizhcab Limousine for the departure of the vehicle.
In case of absence of the customer at the time of the transfer, and without demonstration of his part within the time indicated below, after the delay envisaged, the transfer will be charged in full:
- free 45-minute stand at the Train station and Rennes Airport (public flight) – The customer will have previously informed Breizhcab Limousine of the number of the train or plane for the follow-up delay and its organization ;
- 10 minutes free waiting from any other place, and at Rennes airport for a private flight, beyond: €15HT per 15 minutes started.
Once the waiting period has elapsed, the driver will try to reach the customer using his cell phone number. If he can reach the customer and he agrees to pay a supplement, the driver will wait on the spot until the arrival of the customer, otherwise the driver will leave the location and the service will be entirely due.
In order to take care of the customer in the best conditions, it is essential to communicate all the information of the reservation (flight number or train, full name of the passenger, number of passengers, number of luggage, date and time, and number of mobile phone of one of the passengers), and stay at the rendezvous point until the driver arrives and / or calls the customer.
If the customer provides false or missing booking information (including extra or oversized baggage, an incorrect or incomplete phone number, or no mobile phone number) at the time of booking, no refund will be given.
The driver has many reservations scheduled for the day and can only wait for the free waiting time indicated above, which is why Breizhcab Limousine can not guarantee the refund of the service if the customer is not at the meeting point at the agreed time, if he is using another means of transport, or if no telephone number has been provided.
The driver’s phone number can be provided to the customer if requested by email or phone less than 24 hours prior to scheduled departure.
In the case where the customer having booked and / or settled a service would not show up at the place and time that he himself indicated, so that the carrier would be unable to provide care, the responsibility of Breizhcab Limousine can not be committed, no refund or compensation will be due, and / or the service would be due in its entirety.
Breizhcab Limousine reserves the right to refuse a race if one or more of the persons transported is in a state of drunkenness, under the influence of drugs, or whose agitated and / or violent behavior may affect the safety of the persons transported and / or or the driver.
ART.6: MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION
Any modification of reservation made by the customer must be communicated by e-mail to Breizhcab Limousine at least 24 hours before the date and time of the service. After this time, changes are only possible by phone. In any case, changes can only be made within the limits of availability. If the alternatives offered by Breizhcab Limousine are rejected by the customer, the latter will have the choice between maintaining the initial reservation or canceling according to the conditions below.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the customer, Breizhcab Limousine will retain a cancellation fee based on the total amount including tax.
Cancellations must be made by email and the booking number must be provided.
For Transfers < 100km & Available at </ = 4 hours, for a sedan or van service :
< 24 hours: 80% invoiced
> 24 hours: free
For a sedan or van service whose available service is > 4 hours, for transfers > 100 km or for any coach / mini coach or minibus service :
< 8 days: 80% invoiced
> 8 days: free
The price of the services is that of the tariff in force at the time of the order, according to the estimate previously established by Breizhcab Limousine, signed and thus accepted by the customer.
ART.7.2: PAYMENT TERMINATION
ART.7.2.1: PROFESSIONALS AND COMPANIES
The professional client is obliged to pay the service within 30 days of receipt of the invoice.
A Receipt of Invoice : Invoices are payable in cash upon receipt (unless otherwise stipulated) minus installments already paid.
Advance payment: The professional customer can also pay by telephone or online – via our online booking form – with a credit card. The transaction is immediately charged to the customer’s credit card after verification of the data of the customer, upon receipt of the debit authorization from the company issuing the credit card that you use.
Discount for early payment: 0%
Legal Settlement Period : 30 days upon receipt of invoice.
In case of late payment, a penalty equal to an annual interest rate of 12% will be payable (Article L441-6 amended by Law No. 2010-853 of 23 July 2010 – Article 35).
For professionals, a minimum flat fee of € 40.00 for collection costs will be payable (Decree 2012-1115 of October 9, 2012).
If the collection costs incurred by Breizhcab Limousine exceed the amount of this lump sum compensation, it may request additional compensation, upon justification. The file may be transferred to a bailiff completed by the documents justifying the customer’s order.
Cash Settlement: The private client is obligated to pay the benefit on the day of the benefit (except marriages). </ em>
Advance payment: The private customer can also pay by telephone or online – via our online booking form – with a credit card. The transaction is immediately charged to your credit card after verification of the data of it, upon receipt of the debit authorization from the company issuing the credit card you use.
Discount for early payment: 0%.
In the event of late payment by the individual customer, penalties for late payment, corresponding to a percentage of the amount inclusive of the amounts due by the latter, will automatically and automatically acquired at Breizhcab Limousine from the day after the date of invoice, without any formalities or formal notice. These late penalties will be calculated on the basis of an annual rate corresponding to three times the legal interest rate. The file may be transferred to a bailiff completed by the documents justifying the customer’s order.
ART.7.3: TYPE OF SETTLEMENT ACCEPTED
Accepted payments are:
- Bank Card (CB, Visa, Mastercard & American Express)
- Distance selling (VAD) by credit card
- Bank transfer
Cash: Please note: our drivers only have very few change on board their vehicles, please fill up.
Check: No payment by check will be accepted, except for local companies billed at the end of the month.
Bank card: By providing your credit card details, you authorize Breizhcab Limousine to debit your credit card the amount corresponding to the All Inclusive Price. As such, you declare to hold the credit card to debit and that the name on the card is actually yours.
At no time Breizhcab Limousine can not access and/or keep your bank details, except with the customer’s prior consent.
ART.8: PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY
Breizhcab Limousine provides its best efforts to take care of people with reduced mobility.
People with reduced mobility traveling in a wheelchair and transportable by a person are supported in Breizhcab Limousine vehicles.
Persons with reduced mobility whose transport requires suitable means (loading ramp vehicle for example) can approach the Breizhcab Limousine team to study their request. As far as possible, a solution can be proposed to them.
Guide dogs are welcome aboard of all Breizhcab Limousine vehicles.
ART.9: INFORMATICS AND FREEDOMS
The parties to the contracts declare that they respect the obligations imposed on them by the regulations in force concerning the production of personal data, and in particular the law n ° 78-17 of 6 January 1978; amended by the law of 6 August 2004.
ART.10: CLIENT ACCEPTANCE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are expressly agreed and accepted by the client who declares and acknowledges having perfect knowledge of them, and therefore waives any contradictory document and, in particular, his own general conditions of purchase.
