ART.4: RATES

Advertised fares are indicated according to the number of passengers (type of vehicle used), the time of the service (increase of Sundays, holidays and the night between 19h and 7h) and the day.

Rates may be changed at any time without notice, unless a quote has been previously prepared.

Quotes are valid for 15 days.

Our rates include:

Baggage transport

The transport of animals in their transport crate only, otherwise their access will be refused without possible derogation.
The provision of a child seat upon prior request
The different options on board: Soft drinks, candies
IPad tablet, Magazines and local newspapers on request
4G wifi connection for all passengers (up to 8 simultaneous connections)
Fuel costs and unlimited passenger insurance & their luggage
Waiting in Station and Airport in case of delay of the train / flight.

ART.5: BENEFITS

The service is carried out on the day and at the time specified during the booking, the drivers are punctual, except in case of force majeure (accident, difficulty of circulation etc …).

In case of delay of the customer (except on the arrival of a train or a plane) the first 15 minutes are included in the invoice price, then 15 € for every 15 minutes starting from the 16th minute.

No waiting charges will be charged for a train or plane delay. The customer will have previously informed the company BREIZHCAB of the number of the train or the plane for the follow-up of the delay and its organization.

In the case where the customer having booked and / or settled a service would not show up at the place and time that he himself indicated, so that the carrier would be unable to provide care, the responsibility of BREIZHCAB can not be committed, no refund or compensation will be due, and / or the service would be due in its entirety.

BREIZHCAB reserves the right to refuse a race if one or more of the persons transported is in a state of drunkenness, under the influence of drugs, or whose agitated and / or violent behavior may be detrimental to the safety of the persons transported and / or of the driver.

ART.6: CANCELLATION

In case of cancellation of the booking by the customer, BREIZHCAB will retain a cancellation fee based on the total amount inclusive of VAT.

This compensation is calculated, according to the time between the reserved date and the date on which BREIZHCAB was informed of the cancellation:

1- For the services of a total amount TTC <300 € : Within 6 hours of booking: 75% of allowance withheld Between 24 hours and 6 hours before booking: 50% of compensation More than 24 hours before the booking: 0% of indémnité 2- For the services of a total amount TTC> = to 300 € or in period of event:

ART.7: PAYMENT

ART.7.1: PRICE

The price of the services is that of the tariff in force at the time of the order, according to the estimate previously established by BREIZHCAB, and accepted by the customer.

ART.7.2: PAYMENT PERIOD

ART.7.2.1: PROFESSIONALS AND COMPANIES

The professional client has the obligation to pay the service within a period of 30 days upon receipt of the invoice.

In Receipt of invoice : Invoices are payable in cash on receipt (unless stipulated otherwise) after deductions already paid.

Advance payment by telephone : The professional customer can also pay by phone with a credit card directly to his contact BREIZHCAB. The transaction is immediately charged to your credit card after verification of the data of it, upon receipt of the debit authorization from the company issuing the credit card you use.

Discount for early payment : 0%.

Legal deadline for payment : 30 days upon receipt of invoice.

In case of late payment, a penalty equal to an annual interest rate of 12% will be payable (Article L441-6 amended by Law No. 2010-853 of 23 July 2010 – Article 35).

For professionals, a flat-rate minimum compensation of € 40.00 for collection costs will be payable (Decree 2012-1115 of October 9, 2012).

If the collection costs incurred by BREIZHCAB exceed the amount of this lump sum payment, it may request additional compensation, upon justification.

ART.7.2.2: INDIVIDUALS

Cash Settlement : The individual client is obligated to pay the benefit on the day of the benefit (except marriages).

Advance payment by telephone : The private customer can also pay by telephone with a credit card directly to his interlocutor BREIZHCAB. ART.7.1 : PRIX 

Le prix des prestations est celui du tarif en vigueur au moment de la commande, selon le devis préalablement établi par BREIZHCAB, et accepté par le client.

ART.7.2 : DELAI DE PAIEMENT

ART.7.2.1 : PROFESSIONNELS ET ENTREPRISES

Le client professionnel à l’obligation de payer la prestation dans un délai de 30 jours à réception de la facture.

A Réception de facture : Les factures sont payables au comptant à réception (sauf stipulations contraires) déduction faite des acomptes déjà versés.

Règlement anticipé par téléphone : Le client professionnel peut également régler sa prestation par téléphone avec une carte bancaire directement auprès de son interlocuteur BREIZHCAB. La transaction est immédiatement débitée sur votre carte bancaire après vérification des données de celle-ci, à réception de l’autorisation de débit de la part de la société émettrice de la carte bancaire que vous utilisez.

Escompte pour règlement anticipé : 0%

Délai légal de règlement : 30 jours à réception de facture.

En cas de retard de paiement, une pénalité égale à un taux d’intérêt annuel de 12% sera exigible (Article L441-6 modifié par la loi n°2010-853 du 23 juillet 2010 – art. 35).

Pour les professionnels, une indemnité minimum forfaitaire de 40,00€ pour frais de recouvrement sera exigible (Décret 2012-1115 du 9 octobre 2012).

Si les frais de recouvrement exposés par la société BREIZHCAB sont supérieurs au montant de cette indemnité forfaitaire, elle pourra demander une indemnisation complémentaire, sur justification.

ART.7.2.2 : PARTICULIERS

Règlement comptant : Le client particulier a l’obligation de payer la prestation le jour de la prestation (sauf mariages).

Règlement anticipé par téléphone : Le client particulier peut également régler sa prestation par téléphone avec une carte bancaire directement auprès de son interlocuteur BREIZHCAB. La transaction est immédiatement débitée sur votre carte bancaire après vérification des données de celle-ci, à réception de l’autorisation de débit de la part de la société émettrice de la carte bancaire que vous utilisez.

Escompte pour règlement anticipé : 0%.

En cas de retard de paiement de la part du client particulier, des pénalités de retard, correspondant à un pourcentage du montant TTC des sommes dues par ce dernier, seront automatiquement et de plein droit acquises à BREIZHCAB à compter du lendemain de la date d’exigibilité de la facture, sans formalités aucune ni mise en demeure préalable. Ces pénalités de retard seront calculées sur la base d’un taux annuel correspondant à trois fois le taux de l’intérêt légal.

ART.7.3 : TYPE DE REGLEMENT ACCEPTES

Les paiements acceptés sont les suivants :

  • Carte bancaires (type Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard Mastercard, American Express et cartes étrangères)
  • Vente à Distance (VAD) par carte bancaire
  • Virement bancaire
  • Espèces

Espèces : Attention : nos chauffeurs ne disposent que de très peu d’espèces à bord de leurs véhicules, merci de faire l’appoint.

Chèque : Aucun paiement par chèque ne sera accepté, sauf pour les entreprises locales en compte facturées en fin de mois.

Carte bancaire : En communiquant les informations relatives à votre carte bancaire, vous autorisez BREIZHCAB à débiter votre carte bancaire du montant correspondant au Prix Tout Compris. A ce titre, vous déclarez être titulaire de la carte bancaire à débiter et que le nom figurant sur la carte est effectivement le vôtre.

A aucun moment BREIZHCAB ne peut accéder et/ou conserver vos données bancaires, sauf avec accord préalable du client.

ART.8 : PERSONNES A MOBILITE REDUITE

BREIZHCAB fournit ses meilleurs efforts pour prendre en charge les personnes à mobilité réduite.

Les personnes à mobilité réduite se déplaçant en fauteuil pliant et transportable par une personne sont prise en charge dans les véhicules de BREIZHCAB.

Les personnes à mobilité réduite dont le transport nécessite de moyens adaptés (véhicule à rampe de chargement par exemple) peuvent se rapprocher de l’équipe de BREIZHCAB pour l’étude de leur demande. Dans la mesure du possible, une solution pourra leur être proposée.

ART.9 : INFORMATIQUE ET LIBERTES

Les parties au contrats déclarent respecter les obligations mises à leur charge par la réglementation en vigueur en matière de production de données personnelles, et notament la loi n° 78-17 du 6 janvier 1978; modifié par la loi du 6 aout 2004.

ART.10 : ACCEPTATION DU CLIENT

Les présentes Conditions Générales de Vente sont expressément agréées et acceptées par le client qui déclare et reconnaît en avoir une parfaite connaissance, et renonce, de ce fait, à se prévaloir de tout document contradictoire et, notamment, ses propres conditions générales d’achat.
