CARNAC ALIGNMENTS | QUIBERON | VANNES

The megalithic site of Carnac,the most famous in the region, remains a mecca of European prehistory, classified as a historic monument since 1889. Nestled in southern Morbihan, the megaliths of Carnac are distinguished by their incredible alignment. Built between the 5th and 3rd millennium BC, the two main sites (Ménec and Kermario) comprise nearly 3000 menhirs and stretch for 4 kilometers. Menhirs, dolmens and tumulus bear witness to Neolithic architecture.

The Quiberon peninsula offers 30 kilometres of coastline. Renowned for its beaches, it has many facets to those who take the time to discover it.
